The Three Ways to Personalise Stress Balls to Promote Your Company Or Organisation

There are three ways to personalise stress balls with your logo and details. The one you choose depends mainly on your budget and/or required lead-time. Personal preference could play a part in which option you choose. If time allows, you should ask your promotional gift supplier to supply samples of each type. Below is a list of the three way stress balls can be personalised for your marketing requirements.

1.) Pad Printing: This form of printing is by far the most common. It is the least expensive way to print the stress balls but it does have a few flaws. Namely, the print will crack over time. You are also limited to printing three solid spot colours. It is, however, by far the fastest method of printing so if you need your stress balls in a matter of days rather than weeks, this is the print method for you. Most solid colour logos look very good when printed.

2.) Transfer Printing: This form of print look spectacular. Whether you are printing a one colour logo or a multi-coloured picture, you will probably not be disappointed with the results. Unlike pad printing where the ink sits on and soaks into the foam stress ball, a transfer print is similar to a top quality digitally printed sticker that is heat sealed on to the stress reliever. Generally speaking, the print lasts longer than pad printing as well. Please note that the lead-time for this style of print will be between three and five weeks.

3.) Bespoke shape: This is not as common but it is a good if you want a stress toy that is well and truly your own. There is a minimum order quantity of 1000 units and you will incur a tooling charge. The main benefit is that you can have your logo as part of the shape of the stress ball. You can also have a stress ball manufactured in the shape of one of your core products and then either pad or transfer printed or left plain. Please note that the lead-time for bespoke shapes is between four to seven weeks.
