Bespoke Promotional Stress Balls Are the Perfect Promotional Item For Product Launches

If you or your company are about to launch a new product, you might like to consider promoting the product with bespoke shaped stress toys. Everyone loves to squeeze a stress ball. It is addictive so it will take pride of place on your customer's desktop and continuing to promote your new product long after the launch date has past.

Promotional stress balls are manufactured out of liquid PU. The manufacturer makes a mould in the preferred shape and the liquid PU is poured into the mould until it dries. You have no doubt seen at least a few of the hundreds of stress ball shapes already available for promotional use. The same technology can be used to manufacture a stress toy in the shape of your choice.

If you would like to promote your new products with corporate stress balls, you first need to take about ten pictures from different angles. You will then need to decide how large you want the stress ball to be. Obviously if your new product is the size of a car, you will need to downscale the size proportionately so that it can be held in someone's hand. If your promotional gift supplier specialises in stress balls, they should be able to assist you with this. Your pictures and size information will then be passed on to the factory to manufacture the mould.

You will want your bespoke shaped stress ball to be between 65mm and 80mm at its largest side. Generally speaking a 70mm diameter stress ball fits perfectly into the average person's hand so you do not want the stress toy to be much larger or smaller than that.

Bespoke stress balls can be manufactured in the colours of your choice. As they are manufactured with liquid PU, you will want to choose one base colour. Any other required colours will be sprayed onto the balls after they have been made. It is important to find a supplier that is very familiar with the manufacture of stress products as they will be best equipped to ensure that the end product is manufactured and colour sprayed to perfection.

If your new product is going to carry a logo, then your stress ball should too. After all, the main reason for creating the new stress shape is to promote not only the product but the company that produces it. Ask you promotional gift supplier to ensure that the required logo and details are transfer printed on to the stress balls and not pad printed. Transfer printing is much better quality. If you are going to the expense of having a bespoke stress ball made, you want the logo to really look the part!

With regard to expense, your bespoke stress products should not cost much more than a standard stress ball. You will need to purchase a new tool which will put you back between £100 and £250 depending on the complexity of the shape. It is also worth noting that there is a minimum quantity order of 1000 items for bespoke stress ball.
