Express Printed Promotional Football Shaped Stress Balls

Monday, May 10th, 2010
Promotional football stress balls

CompuGift supplied a massive range of promotional stress balls at trade prices.

If you are hoping to use promotional football shaped stress balls for promoting your business or organisation during the 2010 World Cup, you had better hurry up and place your order.  Currently all of the suppliers that stock stress relievers in the UK are out of stock.  I have also checked with suppliers in Europe and could not find a supplier with footballs in stock.  Whether you are looking for football stress toys for the World Cup or you just need them in a hurry for another event there is an alternative to purchasing stock stress balls and they can be express printed.

You will find the best prices and lead-times online.  This is where the top stress ball suppliers feature their stress products.  Look for suppliers that have websites dedicated to stress relievers and features hundreds of different shapes.  When you find a few, ensure that they import the product themselves and do not go through a middle man.  Doing so could save you up to 50%.

There are other reasons to find suppliers that either deal directly with the Far East manufacturers or even own factories that manufacture these products.  They can offer you a bespoke service and they can usually do it faster than other companies that do not specialise in the products.

This means that you can choose not only what colours your footballs are printed but also the base colour.  If your company colours are red, white and blue, you could have the football printed in your Pantone blue which red and white pentagons.

Another bonus is that the print is usually much higher quality when stress balls are printed at source.

At compugift.co.uk, we have manufactured and supplied promotional stress balls for many years.  We would be happy to supply you with samples to show you the quality of our products.  We can supply top quality made to order stress balls in four weeks or less.  Please contact us for details.

Inexpensive Gift Ideas – Stress Balls versus Zen Gardens – No mess, Less stress!

Thursday, April 29th, 2010

Have you ever heard of a ‘Zen garden?’ It’s one of those goofy little sandboxes that you drag a miniature rake through. Tending your Zen garden is meant to alleviate the symptoms of office-related stress. The sand represents water and the rocks represent mountains, guiding your mind around the obstacles and through the calm of a pulsing ocean…

… Yeah, right.

Most people who deal with stress don’t want a box of sand hovering all feng shui around their keyboard. What happens when those zillions of grains of sand get spilled all over your workspace?

What is supposed to relieve the stress of losing your Zen garden?

Something squishy and wonderfully tangible… something that can simultaneously double as a finger workout… something cheerful with an inspiring motto printed on it… something like an inexpensive promotional stress ball.

If you are like most normal people enduring stress, the last thing you want to do is calmly drag a rake through a sandbox. No, you want something you can squeeze the life out of. If it can’t be a colleague’s neck, it might as well be a foam ball—the perfect substitution! A stress ball should really be a workplace safety requirement, reducing the outbreak of cubicle violence everywhere!

And where are desperate office employees going to get those precious stress balls?

From your next marketing plan, of course.

Associating your business with relief by printing stress balls with your colors, motto, and contact information is one of the most effective ways to build your brand name. Most office workers will be so grateful for the immediate relief of their anxiety, rapid heartbeat, and clenched jaw—as well as thousands of dollars spent in stress-relief therapy—that the least they can do is visit your website to get more information about your products, services and/or facilities.

Your company’s stress balls can even provide hours of entertainment with games of catch, or serve as ‘talking balls’ in crowded meetings… and all the while, your name will be ingrained into the minds and memories of employees nationwide.

That is what you want. You want something tangible to give, something to inspire gratitude, something to remind your prospects just why they want to become customers. You want your item to become the ever popular “Starbucks ball” (or whatever the name of your company is). Promotional stress balls are a great value for the money—low investment for a high return—and are high quality, useful reminders of your brand name.

3 Promotional Gift Ideas for The Technology Industry

Wednesday, March 31st, 2010
Mouse Mats

CompuGift is the Most Popular Promotional Mouse Mat Supplier in the UK!

Whether you are a retail business or a supplier working within the technology industry, it is fairly safe to assume that you wouldn’t mind more exposure for your business. Exposure equals more awareness of your brand and services, which will translate into higher sales. If this is something that appeals to you, then you might want to start handing promotional gifts to your clients and customers if you are currently not. Promotional products serve the dual purpose of raising awareness of your brand and showing your customers and clients that you appreciate them.

A USB flash drive is a fantastic promotional gift for the technology industry. If you work within the tech sector you undoubtedly know what a USB flash is and how it is widely used. The USB flash drives of today are not restricted to the shape of a small stick- there is now a wide array of shapes and sizes available. The larger shapes are more desirable for a promotional USB Flash drive because there is a larger area to print your company logo and URL address. The USB Flash drive can also be manufactured with preloaded company information and presentations.

Mouse mats are another logical promotional product for the technology industry. Practically everyone uses them and the large printable area has room for as much information as you would like to convey about your company, products and services. Promotional mouse mats are a very appreciated gift because they are constantly being replaced due to wear and dirtiness. Every time someone clicks the mouse on your promotional mousemat they will be reminded of your organization.

Stressballs also make a great promotional gift for the tech industry because of the amount of stress that can occur in a busy work environment. Promotional stress balls can be made in all kinds of industy-related shapes such as a computer, computer mouse or printer. Stress balls also have a higher rate of retention with their recipient, meaning they are less likely to be tossed aside and more likely to be used. A stress toy is often kept right on the desktop of its user, constantly reminding them and anyone else in the workplace of your company and it’s services.

There are many other types of promotional gifts that you can choose from. Your competition is no doubt handing your clients the standard promotional products like pens, mugs, and notepads. Such products are excellent and very popular but why not separate yourself from the others and give promotional gifts that are industry related and show that you are more creative and understanding of their needs. For more ideas about industry-related promotional gifts, contact CompuGift today.

Make an Impression on Your Target Market With Promotional Products

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010

Promotional gifts can be a powerful tool in marketing your brand and products. It is very important to consider your target audience when choosing what kind of promotional products to hand out. There are many choices available and sometimes it can be difficult to decide what kind of promotional gift can have the biggest impact with your specific demographic. A promotional product that is ignored or tossed aside due to irrelevance of the interests of its recipient is a waste of your time and money.

Think about your customers and who they are- perhaps you are the proprietor of a shop that sells skateboards and skateboard accessories. Pick a promotional product that complements the lifestyle of the young and active, such as a promotional sports bottle. If you have a store that specializes in healthy foods and supplements, a stress toy in the shape of a fruit or vegetable would make and excellent promotional gift, tastefully imprinted with the information and logo of your shop.

It makes sense to hand out a promotional product that is sure to be used and appreciated. Promotional plastic pens are universally well-received among the general population but may not make much of an impression upon the upper class. If you deal with high-end clientele then think of things that they can use. Promotional golf balls can help keep you on the minds of your customers while they are on the golf course. Executive desktop items such as a paperweights and letter openers will be handled on a daily basis, reminding your customers of your products and services. It is wise to choose promotional products that utilize as little plastic as possible for this type of clientele.

Stress balls can be crafted to represent any type of organization and can be a promotional gift that is utilized every day. People are more likely to hold on to this promotional product and keep it close to them in the workplace for quick access, displaying your company information to its recipient and those around them. Stress toys can be made in just about any shape, so your music store can hand out stress busters in the form of a musical note or instrument. Your computer training business can distribute stressballs made to resemble a computer.

There are thousands of different promotional gifts available to help promote you business or cause. If you are having a hard time choosing which promotional gifts would best appeal to your target market, ask your supplier of promotional gifts for some suggestions. A promotional product company that has experience will be able to help you pick out the right promotional gift that will be a hit with your customers.

Why Stress Toys Make Great Promotional Gifts

Friday, March 26th, 2010

We are all a bit stressed lately, be it about work, money or just life in general. How would you react to receiving an item that would help you to deal with your stress? More than likely it would bring a smile to your face. This is why stressballs make excellent promotional products for just about any business, club or charity. They can be handed out to your customers and suppliers alike and are always appreciated as a gift. Give them out at trade shows or other events. When your organization’s logo and information are printed upon them they have a much more powerful effect.

The stress ball is a small item that people squeeze to help deal with physical and mental stress. Because they also help with circulation, doctors sometimes recommend them for their patients that suffer from arthritis. They are available in over a thousand stock shapes and can even be custom made to truly represent your organization and its products or services. By giving the promotional gift of a custom stress toy you will be demonstrating your appreciation in a unique way that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

One of the problems with many promotional gifts is that they are often tossed away, along with your message. The stressball is one of the few promotional products that have a high rate of retention with their recipients. When you hand someone a custom stress reliever they will immediately begin to hold and squeeze it. Often times it will sit parked upon its recipient’s desk or displayed at arm’s reach, exposing your message to everyone else in the vicinity.

You are only limited by your imagination when it comes to choosing your promotional stress buster. Pick out an item that represents your cause or organization. A health charity can raise awareness of its cause by giving out health-related stress toys such as a human heart or brain. A building company can use a house-shaped stress reliever to promote their business. The are many food-related shapes available for restaurants, from fruits and vegetables to plates of food. It is easy to be creative when choosing custom stress busters as a promotional gift and your company information will be accented with a three-dimensional shape.

Marketing Mix – How Will I Promote This Product?

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

It is an age old problem: you have a new product to promote but how? Sometimes the new product could be larger than a truck or too expensive to be handing out to just anyone. This is when promotional products become invaluable! There are many promotional gifts that have been designed to promote difficult products to promote. In today’s blog I would like to introduce you to four low cost promotional gifts that are worth spending some time looking in to! Each can be printed with simple or complicated logos or designs.

Promotional Stress Balls: Stressballs are inexpensive, fun foam gifts that everyone loves. These foam products can be manufactured in the shape of your choice and they often are. You could make it very easy on yourself and use one of the over 1000 shapes already available. For example, you could use the computer shaped stress ball and print the screen in full colour with a picture of your product as if it is featured on your website. If you have a little bit of time and are looking at purchasing 500 plus items, you might like to have your stress toys custom made the likeness of your product. This has worked wonders for many marketers.

Promotional Pens: There are quite a few pens on the market that have been designed to promote special products. One such pen is the banner pen. We can ship this unique pen worldwide.  It has a pull out banner that can be printed in full colour on both sides with pictures and details of your product. Another option is to look into the many pens that can now be printed in full colour all over the barrel. Full colour printing looks fantastic on pens. Still another option could be to have a pen clip designed in the likeness of your product. This is becoming much more popular and cheaper to do.

Key Rings: Many keyrings can be manufactured in the likeness of your product. Most are manufactured in aluminum, enamel or plastic. Often, they can be printed in full colour for that additional touch.

T-shirts: Shirts can be printed in full colour on the front, back and sleeves. This does not need to be expensive but if you want your target audience to continue wearing your promo shirts and for that matter continue being a walking billboard for your product, you will want to look for t-shirts that are good quality. With clothing, you really get what you pay for.

At CompuGift, we would be happy to send you samples of any ot the products mentioned in this articles.  Please feel free to leave a comment, positive or negative.  We look forward to hearing from you.

The 6 Most Asked Questions About Promotional Stress Balls

Friday, January 15th, 2010
Stress ball blocks

At CompuGift, we have specialised in promotional stress balls since 1997.

If you are in the market for promotional stress balls, you are not alone.  Stress relievers are extremely popular promotional gifts.  You may have a few questions about the products which is why I have looked back at the questions I have been asked over the past few years.  Here I will list them and hopefully answer the question you have about these fun low cost promotional gifts.

What are stress balls?  The stress balls manufactured for promotional uses are normally made out of liquid polyurethane.   The liquid is poured into a mould and when it dries you have a squeezie stress ball.  Although they are called “stress balls” they are not all round.  Stress balls are excellent high impact gifts because they are inexpensive and they can be made in the shape of your choice.

How long should stress balls last?  There are some really poor quality stress toys on the market but there are also very good quality balls.  These stress shapes should stand up quite well to daily wear and tear.  Lesser quality stress relievers will tear and be quite hard.  At CompuGift, we have specialised in promotional stress balls since 1997.  We know which factories supply the best quality products.  We only sell good quality promotional stress balls.  It is important to understand that the raw materials used to manufacture stress toys for marketing in usually brought in from the Far East.  In my experience, I have found no difference in quality between the best factories in China and the more expensive factories in manufacturing stress products here in the UK.  Stress relievers will not last forever but they should promote your company or brand for a good long time with excellent results.

How large should stress balls be?  The most popular are between 65mm and 70mm diameter.  This is the perfect size for the average adult’s hand.  I have seen stress items as large as 100mm but in my personal opinion, this is much two large and they may not be used.

Is there a minimum order quantity for printed stress balls?  At CompuGift, we can print as few as 100 of many different shapes. The unit price really begins to go down with quantities over 500.  From the websites I have searched around the world, this appears to be true no matter where you do business.

Can stress balls be made to order?  Yes.  The easiest way of personalising your stress balls is to have them manufactured in your company colours.  There are over 1000 standard shapes available but if you need a special shape for your promotion it will not be a problem.  Usually there is minimum order quantity of 1000 for bespoke shapes.

Are stress balls safe?  If you are under three years old, they are not.  Stress toys are manufactured to promote businesses and should never be given to children who might put them in their mouths as they are a choking hazard.  That said, many things are choking hazard when in the wrong hands.  We supply all of our stress balls in clear polybags that have a warning sticker on them.

Stress Balls for Promotion

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

Stress balls can be used to convey many different kinds of messages, They can be simple ball shapes imprinted with a company logo, or a custom shape that better represents your business and products. They can be handed out at seminars, trade shows, even to the general public in a campaign to build your brand.

Stress balls are fun, useful products because they help to relieve physical and mental stress. Because of this, they are less likely to be thrown away. They are also usually stored on a desk or shelf out in plain view, serving as a constant reminder of your brand and product. How much better would you feel knowing that your customers are constantly looking at your company logo?

Custom stress balls do not necessarily have to promote a business. They can also be used to convey messages of public interest, such as political messages, health awareness or some kind of event. Because people tend to hold on to stress balls for a long time, the message you want to convey will have a greater impact. The chances of this happening are greater if the ball is interesting and unique.

Stress balls can be made in almost any shape that will make it more interesting to its recipient. They don’t have to be balls, They can be made in just about any shape you can imagine, from a piece of fruit to an automobile. They can even be made in the shape of your company logo. Whatever kind of product or service you offer there is a stress ball shape that will work. An auto insurance company can have a stress ball in the shape of a wrecked vehicle. An ice cream company can hand out stress balls in the shape of an ice cream cone. I’m sure you get the idea. Let’s move on.

Shape is not the only consideration when choosing a custom stress ball. Colour is very important as well. The right colour can elicit a better response from your intended audience. If you are selling beauty products, bright and vibrant colors are an excellent choice. A solicitor may want to choose something more muted and professional. Different textures can also be used to personalize your stress balls. A smooth apple, a pitted golf ball, a hairy dog.

Custom stress balls are ideal for raising the awareness of your company, club, charity or event. Standard shapes can be used or you can specify a shape that better represents your situation. Whatever you choose, stress balls imprinted with your company logo or special message are an excellent way to make sure your intended recipient remembers what you want to convey.

Small Business – Competing With the Big Guys & Winning

Sunday, January 10th, 2010
Senator Super Hit Ball Pen

Mix-n-Match Pens are excellent low cost promoters

In today’s dog eat dog business climate, it is more important than ever to be aggressive and focused in your marketing. Many small and mid sized businesses find it difficult to be competitive in an environment where their larger competitors have much bigger budgets and use them. Regardless of this fact, it is more important than ever to continue promoting your business to your established customers and also to find new clients. You may be surprised at how just a little push forward can bring you excellent results.

One way you can do this is through the use of promotional merchandise. Used correctly, these business gifts can act as a cost effective aid to keeping in touch with your customers and seeking out and getting new customers. You will, however, still need to do everything possible to sell you products and services to ensure your promotional gifts do their job.

You see, it is not just about promoting your business: you need to back it all up with service and prices that blow the competition away. You may think that this is not possible given your larger than life competitors with their fancy buildings and staff but you might be surprised. Buildings and staff cost money and if you are smaller, perhaps even working from your home, you can use this to your huge advantage.

Promotional gifts do not need to be expensive. You can find top quality products such as promotional pens, mugs, mouse mats and stress balls etc that are low cost and are easy to distribute. In fact, you may even find that your are able to do it much more cost effectively and easily than your larger competitors when you consider the bureaucratic challenges that they have to contend with day in and day out.

My advice would be to find promotional products you like that fit in well with your company colour scheme. Products such as plastic pens, note pads, mugs etc that serve a purpose and are in not way gimmicky. You will find that you are able to compete with the “big guys” and do it quite well. Choose your target customers, understand what it is they like and give it to them printed with your company details. Then, back it all up with the service you and knowledge you knew would blow them all away when you got into business in the first place! As they say, “Small is the new Big!” Now go out punching.

I hope this blog has been of interest to you.  Please feel free to leave a comment.
