Every year it’s the same story! We receive steady enquiries and orders for promotional calendars from August to October and then all hell breaks loose around the first of November.
Could you imagine sitting around twiddling your thumbs for eight months a year and then suddenly working to capacity wondering what hit you? After working in the promotional gifts industry for over 20 years, I am convinced this is exactly what happens in the offices of the top promotional calendar printers.
Let’s face it, few people are looking for promotional calendars in April. So these calendar printers sit there at their desks passing the time of day and really doing very little.
This is perhaps why I have yet to find a promotional calendar printer who has been able to convince me the they even know the work service! Nobody likes to be awoken from a nice long nap.

Most calendars come complete with 14 months which means you can give your calendars to your customers at the beginning beginning of December and make full use of their 14 month shelf life.
You can’t do this, however, if you order too late. Every year people leave ordering their corporate calendars to November or even December. Usually this means they do not receive the finished products until January or even February.
Remember when I warned you about calendar printers? As a promotional gift supplier I strive to get jobs done inexpensively and fast. Unfortunately, I have yet to meet a good calendar printer that will work fast and get your calendars out just because you want to give them away as Christmas gifts.

Order early and you are laughing… Order late and you may as well chose another gift and make a note to yourself to get in there early next year.
